Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Bluepeak Granite Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
