Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Cedar River Property Management is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 678 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
