Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Northwind Stone Care Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for client records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
