Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Quill Health and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for patient scheduling. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
