Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Stonegate Labs is a nonprofit in Dallas supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 460 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
