Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cobalt Housing and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
