Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Foxglove Meridian Health runs clinics and patient services around New Orleans. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
