Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Lumen Wilder Early Learning Partners is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
