Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Silverline Meadow Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
