Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Willow Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
