Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Westbrook Forge Civic Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 237 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
