Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Rivermark Yarrow Civic Services Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
