Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Orchard Care Services Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
