Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Stonegate Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jackson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
