Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Amberfield Iron Property Management is a Denver property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
