Rivermark Vista Housing Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists.
