Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Fernwood Maple Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
