Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Westbrook Corner Housing manages affordable housing communities across Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
