Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Sparrow Care Services and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
