Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Greenridge Kestrel Community Partners runs community programmes across Austin. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
