Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Timber Community Partners and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
