Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Fox Housing and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
