Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bright Community Partners and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
