Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Iron Property Management and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
