Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Summit Property Management and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
