Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Highbridge Linden Care Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 314 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for client records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
