Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Thistle Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
