Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Ironwood Community Partners runs community programmes across Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
