Foxglove Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
