Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Property Management is a Fort Worth property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
