Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Silverline Quill Health Group is a healthcare provider in Albuquerque with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for electronic records. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
