Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Bluepeak Cross Civic Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
