Bluepeak Drift Civic Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
