Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wilder Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Families are partners. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
