Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline Timber Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Raleigh. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
