Greenridge Drift Civic Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
