Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Philadelphia caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
