Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Philadelphia, PA)

Bluepeak Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Philadelphia area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
