Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management Associates is a Orlando property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
