Foxglove Meadow Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
