Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Stone Civic Services and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 666 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
