Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Summit Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
