Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Yarrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with insurance authorisations.
