Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Kestrel Community Partners is a Orlando charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for benefits enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
