Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Harbor Care Services provides in-home and community support in Orlando, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for caregiver training. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
