Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bright Community Partners Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 281 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
