Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Maple Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
