Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Oak Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Nashville. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
