Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Drift Civic Services Partners and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for public records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
