Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Granite Community Partners is a Milwaukee charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
